Jeong Choi (SSG Landers), who is approaching the record for the most home runs (467) in the KBO League held by Doosan Bears coach Seung-yeop Lee, is taking a break.
SSG coach Lee Soong-yong said ahead of the home game against Doosan to be held at SSG Landers Field in Incheon on the 3rd, "I think Choi Jeong can rest for about 1-2 games. I don't plan on using him as a pinch hitter right now."
Choi Jeong-eun hit his 5th home run of the season and 463rd of his personal career in the second inning of the Incheon Doosan game on the 2nd while coach Lee, the 'record holder', was watching.
